Please: Educate me. If this was done in Illustrator (or some other vector graphics program), pleaseohplease tell me how you got the brush stroke effect. Please. If you did it in Photoshop, what brush did you use, and where can I find it (I'm using Creative Suite v.1)?

It was done in ps. it is not a brush though. they are scanned in paint strokes, splatters and what not. so get a paint brush and some paper and have fun. then scan in the results.
